The 4000T mold for the DHT project independently developed and manufactured by the company has successfully undergone trial production
On December 6, the 4000T mould for BYD DHT32 project independently developed and manufactured by Jincheng successfully completed trial production at Xuzhou Jincheng.

BYD leads the domestic market in DHT technology, and its "dual-motor DHT hybrid" new energy vehicles have been put into mass production. The successful trial production of this mould marks a new milestone in the cooperation between Jincheng and BYD on the DHT project.
At the beginning of this year, on the basis of its two mould workshops in Suzhou Jincheng and Xuzhou Jincheng, the company established the Jincheng Mould Division. It strengthened its technical team by recruiting mould talents in mould design, CNC programming, mould fitter, cutting and assembly, etc. Meanwhile, it eliminated some old equipment and updated and added eight sets of new intelligent and high-performance equipment such as high-speed machines, stone grinders and punching machines. The division conducted skill training for its employees, enabling their operating skills to improve rapidly and lifting the mould design and manufacturing capabilities to a new level.
Currently, the Mould Division covers a production area of 13,000 square meters, with more than 50 sets of equipment and over 40 employees. It boasts a mould design capacity of 4000T and an annual manufacturing capacity of 300 sets. It not only meets the internal die-casting supporting needs of the company but also undertakes external business, adding new vitality to the company's development.
